There needs to be more info on her for the benefit of those who are her fans or are unsuspecting. Of course, what is known already should be enough, such as the connection to Branham as well as the New Age mysticism in the "soaking prayer" theories. There are reports of miracles, resurrections, blind and deaf people healed by her. These alone attract the many who don't stop to be concerned about what sort of doctrine is behind these claims. And, there is way too much eagerness among Charismatics, especially, to believe these Christian Urban Legends. Of course, this fulfills what Paul said in 2 Tim. 4:4 about people abandoning truth for myths. These people specialize in myths and fables, which are fantastic stories without verification. Our Faith is built on first-hand, eyewitness testimonies of reliable men. Why then, have people created another base for faith? This is the abandonment of God, Who amply provided assurance for all men as Acts 17:31 says. Believing stories of miracles performed by people of unsound doctrine is betrayal of Him. I have spent countless hours with Roddy since Aug 07 and I believe him to be a man broken by his sin (being "caught" or not has no place in the heart of true believers when (taking on the Job of God) and deciding if his repentance is real or not. If we as followers of Christ would just allow people caught up in sin to come to repentance and understand that it does not have to fit our mold before it is authentic but, instead it must fit the mold God has set for each of us. Forgive the man and allow God to deal with him...Take heed lest you fall or He has to deal with your unforgiveness ...Life is soooo much easier when you forgive and let God determine if someone is showing Godly sorrow or only worldly sorrow…Peace in Jesus...
